I have tried to set out, by each district and county, modification actions that have been successful that I am aware of. In each case, I’ve indicated whether it was a modification by stipulation. That’s explained in the section of this website that talks about the modification process. Anyone with access to a computer should be able to find on Courts Online at least the docket showing how this all worked. In some cases, the court file has been converted to the electronic filing system known as EDMS. Most lawyers who have registered for that system can access many of those specific documents. The public can access those documents, but usually only at the courthouse.
